Customization Process

2. Ordering & Payment

Warranty covers:

Warranty does NOT cover:

As our inflatable products are mostly custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In case of issues:

• Customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Approved returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on the situation.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only processed for manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.
• Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has started.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Okapi error.
